angry again, everynight this week so far..
just as a an update, the medal of honor multiplayer is sick. its kinda odd how its designed and look and feel is completely different and seperate from the campaign because the multi was developed by DICE. very interesting mose to have 2 seperate companies work like that.
concessions complaints. hotdogs: ok, my bad, i didnt check them throughly enough or didnt tell them to microwave them long enough. so thats on me no matter who was preparing them.
chips, fine, sry ididnt clean out all of the crumbs. i didnt think we had to be that thorough and i dont think it didnt to be in a "disappointed" email. it isnt that big of a deal. i took the chips out, but not the crumbs, so what.
slow service? are you fucking kidding me? we are so much faster than any other concession stand! especially when fundraising groups come in and fuck it all up. pickup windows? that wont slove anything. it still takes time to make a nachos or smoothie or pretzal or drink or even get a slice of pizza. btw smoothies are the bane of the concession stand and we need to fix that if we want to fix service. the REAL problem is the flood of people we get at the 2 and 3pm adult swims! HELLO PEOPLE!!! YOU WILL GET YOUR FOOD FASTER IF YOU DONT GO WHEN EVERYONE ELSE IS THERE! COMMON FUCKING SENSE! we need a way or incentive for people to come during non-adult swim times. that is the true problem. we are literally running around in that little room. the problem is the huge lines. i guarantee! that no other concessions staff from anywhere could service those people siginificantly faster than we do. we have the system down and deal with. im sry, it is not like me to say this but, this is truely the customers fault. we cant do it any better with the types of things we serve. it is the ppls fault for flooding at 2pm. its a no brainer; and i cant believe JP would want us to fix this when we have been working like this for over 6 years! she has to know we are doing our best! we need to stop people from coming at 2pm and 3pm all at once. also, i cant believe the thoroughness of the ladie complaining about the hotdogs. she told us, kelly, and jp; way to go bitch. people need to stop blaming others and see the obvious answer; DONT GET IN LINE AT THE SAME TIME AS WHEN 100 OTHER PEOPLE ARE ALREADY THERE! DUH! jeeezzzz
